Coordinator, Specialty Services - Lewiston, Maine

We are seeking a Full Time Specialty Services Coordinator to join our amazing team!

Position Summary: Responsible for coordination and administrative support for the Specialty Services Service Line and directly supports the Operations Manager, Specialty Services.

  • Supports staff scheduling, training and coverage.

  • Tracks information and runs reports.

  • Coordinates project management tasks and functions.

  • Acts as a bridge for communication from front line staff to Operations Manager.

  • Assists with patient communication and follow up.

  • Takes inventory and orders supplies.

  • Other administrative and support tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, 2 year Associates Degree preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, verbally and written.

  • Experience in supervisory administrative roles a plus.

  • Experience in medical services administration required. 

  • Proven proficiency in report creation, data tracking/analysis, etc.

  • Experience using various computer and office equipment.

  • Takes initiative, motivated, solution-driven.

  • Medical Terminology required.

  • EPIC experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
