To our patients impacted by our 04/02/2025 announcement of service site closures, please see below for important updates regarding transitions of care, and community resources.

Department Updates

Psychiatry -

As of 05/01/2025, our psychiatry office at 100 Campus Avenue will be closed for in

person sessions.

Jacob Elie, PMHNP - Continuing to provide services at B-Street Health Center.
Rachel Goulet, PMHNP - Transferring to B-Street Health Center to continue services as of 05/01/2025. Patients may transfer with her. All scheduled appointments through 04/30/2025 will continue at 100 Campus Avenue or via telehealth.
Colin Pope, MD - In office appointments will continue through 04/30/2025. As of 05/01/2025, services will be transitioned to full telehealth only for current patients through 07/31/2025.
David Schenk, MD - In office appointments will continue through 04/30/2025. As of 05/01/2025, services will be transitioned to full telehealth only for current patients through 07/31/2025.

Maine Crisis Line (MCL)

The Maine Crisis Line (MCL) is the state’s crisis telephone response service for individuals or families experiencing a behavioral health crisis or having thoughts of suicide and/or self-harm. Trained crisis call specialists answer the line and provide free and confidential telephone support and stabilization 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Transferring your Records -

Once you have determined where you would like to transition your care, you will be required to fill out a Records Release Form in order for us to legally share your records and care information. This form may be provided by your new care location, or you can download the form linked below:

Your completed Records Release Form can be faxed to 207-777-8958 (ATTN: Medical Records/HIMS), or mailed to:
