*We are closed during school vacations and summer break. Telehealth appointments for medical and mental health services are available by request on an as needed basis.

SERVICES OFFERED:

Mental Health Counseling

(all locations) - Provided by a Counselor / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Medical Services

(locations vary, see below) - Provided by a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

• Sports Physicals (all school locations, by appointment). *please note that there is a $20 cash fee for this service as it is not covered by insurance.

Lewiston School Locations only: (at this time)

• First aid for minor accidents or injuries

• Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses such as strep throat, flu, ear infections, including lab tests and prescriptions, if needed

• Vaccine administration (by request)

• Evaluation and management of chronic conditions

• Education on wellness, nutrition, substance use, tobacco use, etc.

• Reproductive healthcare

• Routine laboratory tests
